Breaking Barriers

Breaking Barriers is a FREE adult support group for ages 18+. This is a safe environment for those struggling with stress and mental health difficulties.

 
This event is free to attend, with no commitment required and takes place every Saturday.

We invite young adults ages 18 – 30 to join our peer-led Breaking Barriers support group. This is a safe environment for those struggling with stress and mental health difficulties.

This event is FREE to attend, with no commitment required and takes place on Saturdays from 12:30pm – 2:00pm at the George Town Public Library.
 
Breaking Barriers is BACK – resuming Saturday 25th March.

About the Facilitator

Facilitator: Shane Purcell

Shane Purcell is a trained facilitator who has previously worked with the Irish mental health support group ‘Aware’. He has facilitated support and self-care groups in St. James hospital in Ireland and is excited about using his extensive experience to facilitate this peer-led support group in Cayman.

About the Venue

Venue: Parcel 110, 3rd Floor Royal Plaza, 40 Cardinal Avenue, George Town.

We are incredibly grateful to Parcel 110 for allowing us to use their space. Our support group will take place here every Saturday.
