Living with Anxiety & Depression Support Group

Our FREE peer-led support group for young adults ages 18 – 30, is a safe space for those suffering in silence to share their thoughts, feelings and stories in safe and positive environment. Learn about resources to get help and be part of a community of young people eager to support and listen to one another.

This group is entirely confidential. Each person attending must fill out a confidentiality form, so you can rest assured that you are in a supportive environment.

Our goal is to create a community where young people can offer support and guidance to others struggling. Know that you are not alone.
